On a cold but dry, Tuesday 27 December 2016 we held what will probably be our final  'Christmas Steam Up' before we close down our railway next March.  The event was well attended, and the low air temperature made for a lot of condensed steam from our steam locomotives !   Derek, our resident chef, was in attendance supplying his usual very tasty BBQ'd hamburgers.  A most enjoyable last 'Christmas Steam Up' for both members and our guests.
