MEMBERSHIP

The Trent Valley Model Railway Society extends a warm welcome to new members whether they want to run stock straight out of the box, or build detailed models.  They only need to share an interest in railways and / or model railways and they will find themselves amongst like minded people.  We have exclusive use of a large clubhouse, so there is still room for more members !  Membership has so many advantages, the most important being the opportunity to exchange ideas, and, for those new to the hobby,  the knowledge that can be gained from talking to experienced modellers.    As well as building model railways, we have Video / DVD, quiz and presentation evenings, and we also arrange visits to other model railways,  exhibitions, and heritage railways.  We have an extensive library of railway books and periodicals.  Members also enjoy a discount at a local model railway shop.

Members Subscriptions year to 31 December, 2012

Full Member                                      £40.00

Member over 65                                £25.00

Junior Member                                  £10.00

*  Members enjoy a special discount on their purchases from a local model railway retail shop on presentation of their membership card.

** New members joining the society during the year can pay a pro-rata subscription based upon their month of joining.
